WHO WE ARE
Water Membrane Systems, LLC is a Company comprised of water treatment specialists and business partners who offer more than 250 years of system design and installation experience in the water treatment industry. Our team designs and installs systems as small as 10 gallons per minute to as large as 20-Million Gallons per day. The systems are customized for each application and use membrane, ion exchange or oxidative adsorption technologies to remove organics, iron and manganese, arsenic, radium, uranium and nitrates.
WHAT WE DO
Water Membranes Systems manufactures and installs water treatment systems and consults with engineers and water treatment system owners.
We work with Municipal Water Purveyors, Consultants and General Contractors to define, address and solve water quality issues.
Water Membranes Systems offers new plant design as well as services to repair, upgrade and expand existing water treatment facilities.
Water Membranes Systems provides consulting services to examine poorly operating membrane plants and recommend approaches to fix them. We perform Membrane Autopsies and use the results to recommend changes in operation.
The Company also builds simple, single-pass ion exchange systems designed to soften water, remove arsenic, nitrates and radium and uranium. The single-pass treatment approach requires vessel disposal and replacement on a periodic basis. We coordinate removal, replacement and disposal of spent vessels used to remove arsenic, radium and uranium.
Water Membranes Systems encourages and participates in Design/Build Services. This approach has proven itself to be the most cost efficient and effective method of building or expanding facilities. The approach supplies clients with a firm, not to exceed price for goods and services that are provided in months not years.
OUR SYSTEMS
MF/UF Hollow Fiber Membrane Systems smaller than 0.5 MGD are designed in-house. Water Membranes Systems, LLC partners with Pall Water to provide membrane treatment systems larger than 0.5 MGD using the Pall Aria FIT Systems.
Water Membranes Systems, LLC partners with Komline Harn RO for all membrane softening and reverse osmosis applications. Harn RO has the expertise and experience to provide the best in spital wound technology.
Ion Exchange and Adsorptive Media Systems are designed using Composite or Steel Tankage. All Systems smaller than 0.5 MGD are designed in-house. Water Membranes systems, LLC partners with Pureflow Filtration Div. to provide treatment systems larger than 0.5 MGD.
All systems are supplied with a 3-Year Warranty and Service with 24/7 support.
